Sales Assistant

To strengthen our organization, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in China. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to contribute to business growth, support commercial activities, and build strong customer relationships in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Legor’s products and solutions within the jewelry, eyewear, and watchmaking industries.
  • Support the Sales team throughout the sales process and actively participate in customer meetings and commercial negotiations.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Gather and analyze market information and trends, providing insights to support business development activities.
  • Identify customer needs during visits, collect technical and commercial information, and ensure effective communication with the relevant internal departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales-related information.

Requirements and Background

  • Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level required) 
  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales, or customer-facing role is considered an advantage (1–2 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of the jewelry, eyewear, fashion accessories, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Team

The Sales Assistant will report to the Sales Manager and will work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to support business development activities and customer relationship management across the region.
